Swisse Nourish & Tonify Tablets contains traditional components that helps to improve overall health. It has Shiitake and China roots known for the immune boosting properties, while Reishi Mushrooms which are rich in antioxidant and helps to combat stress.

Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

China Root (Wolfiporia cocos extract 450 mg) equiv. dry mushroom 2.25 g

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis extract 187.5 mg) equiv. dry whole plant 750 mg

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes extract 150 mg) equiv. fresh mushroom 1.5 g

Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum extract 37.5 mg) equiv. dry fruiting body 750 mg

Directions For Use

ADULT DOSAGE:

Four tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
